Insertion Orders
- Must be submitted with each ad.
Ad Submission Materials -
Suburban Focus provides free graphic service for simple, formatted
ads. Complex graphics work will be billed. Camera ready artwork
insures the most accurate reproduction and is acceptable in the
forms of veloxes, stats and laser copies. Film negatives should be
submitted with right reading, emulsion side down. Electronic
submissions are accepted from Quark files on diskettes, Zip, and
CD’s. Ads can also be submitted via E-mail to
SuburbanFocus@aol.com .
Artwork should be included on disk and saved as TIFF or EPS. Kindly
provide hard copy proof of ad. nLine Screens - 133 for color. 85 for
Black & White. nFonts - Both printer and screen fonts must be
included on disk. nFull Color Ads - When supplying film: Use process
color for full color ads and submit with four pieces of film. Save
color photos as CMYK TIFFS. nCover Full Bleeds - Bleeds are
available on cover positions only.
Magazine Trim Size 8 1/8" x 10 7/8"
Full Bleed Size 8 3/8" x 11 1/8" (Bleed requires 1/8" spacing on all
four sides of magazine trim size). Caution should be used to insure
that images are placed with the magazine trim size.
